Thanks for the response Kyle and Josh.I have updated the description and focused more on the amenities and fixed the wording of the sentences.My parents currently live in the other half so potential tenants are directed to set up a time with them.

If fully updated, market rents could be 5K a month plus utilities etc.The office space is currently being used as a medical office and it's a block from the hospital so there is always a good pool of rental candidates.

@Shmou N.ShmouYou can collect Rent and all other fees; Utilities, parking, or any other fee needed.We don't currently have a notification of the deposit but I will add it to our develoemt roadmap and you will see it in an update.
