I personally would stay away from Yardi, unfortunately their system is outdated and their customer service is sorely lacking. 

The Deal-Finder, Off-Market listings seem to be seriously outdated. 

I was pretty aware of his information being a little outdated but as someone new into real estate flipping it crosses your mind a few times.

Most of these books on investing are already out dated by the time they publish.

A week before the original tenants official move out date was scheduled they informed me that they were “dropped” by the lender and they are starting to work with a new lender.

It’s an old Levitt style home with asbestos underneath the siding, and just extremely outdated.

That's the same site that my brother uses for his rentals, but I read somewhere that the emails that tenants get from that site can be mistaken for spam since they look outdated apparently.
