You get things like the mortgage payment, electric bill, insurance and taxes, paid by someone else, and you use your day job to pay for things like those new nikes you been eying. 

If Nike had blurry pictures, you would double check if you were really on Nike.com right?

The area is experiencing business growth with Fedex & Nike.  

I'm a UX Designer at Nike by day and a real estate investor by night.I'm currently working with a team of syndicators as I find my first deal and start this crazy journey.

I need to stop worrying so much and like Nike, "JUST DO IT!".

I live in a suburb of Portland and I don't think it would work out well for a short term rental, but I do live close to Nike, Intel, and other large corporations. 

The lesson here is, don't do cold calling, don't do bandit signs, don't do driving for dollars.While people are pissed/turned off, angry what ever at you, people, praise me, beg me, and harrass me to please make them an offer.Do you see Nike doing bandit signs?
