To have deep knowledge of market I use fundamental and technical analysis to know what markets needs, which type of properties are the best and who is my best customers for my properties.I work with wealthy American and European investors their having better investment return in my projects compered to another investments tools like CDs, hedge funds, IRAs etc.I am always looking for Best Markets, Profitable Deals and New Partners.And I like to share with you how I analyze all US markets in few minutes.Nice to meet you :)

There are different kinds of options, the option detailed above is a "European Option" (has nothing to do with Europe) where the right to purchase becomes effective over a short period or on a date in the future.

Markets are hot, rates are going up, deals are dried up in most major markets.

Some deposit rates are actually negative in several European countries including Switzerland.If I can get 4-4.5% AAA bonds I'm done with real estate and stocks for now and will buy those all day long!

I have never bought RE in the States, though I´ve come close (and all my family are home owners), so I can vouch for some similarities between US and European markets.
