Hi, Im Elcia. Im in the ATL area. I currently wholesale and buy & hold. In the near future, I will begin rehabbing, lease options, and a couple of other strategies that I have not implemented just yet. I'm always interested in expanding my network. And of course REI is a people and relationship business, so I would like to connect with others to see how we could BEST benefit and be of service to each other and each of our individual businesses.
