This is a 4 day in person mastermind that digs deep into the different aspects of multifamily investing.

We're part of a STR mastermind, and I can't tell you how many members are gathering clients off of Evolve and Vacasa.

For other disciplines such as flipping, multifamily investing, wholesaling, creative finance, I agree that you would want to go straight to one of the many gurus and take their mastermind mentorship courses. 

@Zach Knoll I sure hope you didn't pay for one of those syndication mastermind courses that sells you on the belief you can assemble all of the components and educate a bunch of random's on how to empty their IRA account to fund your deals.

This thread has a good discussion.The pattern typically is:- Throwaway account that suspiciously seems like it’s actually the guru charging $10-$40K for course, mastermind, tribe, mentorship, seminar, coaching, etc. asks about specific guru with weirdly specific SEO minded title of post.- Community immediately chimes in to steer poster away from spending this much on guru nonsense when info is available freely on BP.- Throwaway account gets annoyed at great advice offered by community.- New accounts (1 or sometimes lots) flood the comment leaving weirdly similar reviews - not just for each individual guru, but like the same type of review for EVERY guru. 

I would like to start sitting in with other local investors for a mastermind type group in the Pierce County area. 

When i started out the hardmoney mastermind with Jason Balin and Chris Haddon was extremely useful.

Not enough margin, not their criteria or no bandwith: the deal goes to their VIP list, mastermind students, and regular clients.4.

In my Platform Builders Course/Mastermind with Michael Blank, some of the other syndicators in the course are the real deal and taking action, some are frankly wasting the $25k and will never do a deal.
