Hey All, I have a friend who needs help with rehabbing a property in Curtis Park Historic District in Denver.

Going to start by checking into local REÍ meetups and talking to some friends and family that are doing what I’d like to.

At the price point you qualify for, I'd be looking at a more landlord friendly state with more approachable price points.

Im not a realtor, but i do know of many investor friendly agents here.

Fortunately for me all my friends have already called dibs!

Hey @Matt Agnew I would get a friend or someone who knows you to lend THEIR IRA money to YOUR IRA.

In my case it was someone who knew a friend of mine and that friend vouched for me.In my opinion it is a great way to go if you have it available.
