Houston seems to be doing well after all the dust settles with this huge FBI thing that just happend...They arrested some 38 people that were all working a real estate scam operation down here..its a huge mess right now as far as forclosures go...

First hand, I remembered why I became a property manager, as well why I refuse to rent from homeowners that employ my services.The ending story is, I will be moving February 1, 2007, I informed the landlord if his daughter the "apartment manager" that is she forced her way into my home again or continues to act as a fool in public , I will have her arrested for trespassing, and endangering the welfare of my child.

It's pointless to look at the credit score for really low income tenants - because their credit is TERRIBLE.Unless they're 18 or 19, scumbags can't avoid being arrested and/or evicted on a regular basis.

The answer is NO.A cop will tell you without a writ there is no way to make them leave by force.Now if they were a squatter or broke into the property they could be arrested and removed for trespassing.Is the son older than 18??

I guess the sheriff would let me fill up my gas tank daily and drive off without paying through the holidays with no arrest, same concept to me.Anyway, for some the process is up over 9 months long.
