C class in general is in for a major correction in my opinion (a lot of which has happened already but I think there is more to come) and this will be another nail in that coffin.But as with all chaos, opportunity breeds. 

This may seem controversial or “not by the book” for many.  

Again, these are made-up examples but when I started, I was looking at one property in Chicago vs THREE in Indiana and the property taxes overall were about 1/4 the cost of Chicago and evictions of 3wks vs 6 months or more in Chicago.

I just find our process here, contracts and real estate here much more seamless, which when you're out of state investing, is crucial.
