MSM keeps saying China can and is expected to contain this and then as I continue to research...Real Estate is 25-30% of China's GDP (that's been an ongoing problem China has been trying to control and then they back off every time it would start to hurt their economy - RE got too big too fast for it to not greatly affect the Chinese economy, so how in the world does anyone think this won't seriously hurt them now?).

we have one  black/white couple   One lesbian couple  One non English speaking Hispanic couple one white/Chinese couple with their Chinese parents living with them One Russian Orthodox folks dress like Amish and 3 police officers that decamped from Portland.. and one lives next to the mixed race couple and is good friends with the husband that the black partner  And I am proud to say each and every family is outstanding their homes immaculate and we have the highest priced development in town by about 10 to 15% over our competition.

Keep in mind that Chinese own a lot of dollars and treasuries after helping bail us out in 2008-2009 crisis and many projects whether they are infrastructure in Africa, Silk Road in Asia, or Investments by citizens in other countries are ALWAYS done in dollars.
