I closed on my replacement property before the 45 day window closed, much less the 180 days.TLDR:  if you’ve truly picked one of the worst markets in America and lost all your tax deferred gains.

So what is your happy place, make America BAD????? 

I've found those in Central and South America are solid in the $10-$12/hr range.

Would love to know percentage of sales across america where the sellers agent negotiated a listing for say 1%, 2%, and so on.

Panama City has had huge growth and is now nicknamed the Miami of Latin America and, frankly, its skyline puts Miami's to shame.
