A reasonable accomodation is required, but Landlords are not required to accept applicants just BECAUSE they have a service animal/ ESA.

Given the expanses of empty land form Mountain Home, to Ontario, Oregon, with Boise about in the mid-point between these two just named towns; this part of Idaho can easily accomodate more houses put in this part of Idaho, with conceivably a future population of 5 million.

I'd look up 1031 accomodators in that area since they deal with pretty complicated ownership structures and the IRS all the time.
