Corporate Housing - Anybody with experience??

Hey guys!

Does anybody have, or knows someone who has, experience with corporate housing? I'm trying to avoid listing units on websites (CHBO, Furnished Finder, AirBnb, etc.). In ideal scenario, those websites would be a back up plan. I'm really looking to have relationships with companies in the area who use corporate housing often to minimize vacancies.

Would love to talk to somebody who's already doing this!

Thanks!

Corporate housing is very much a B2B business with the occasional B2C reservation. The tenant/guest though, often isn’t the actual company with the employee needing housing. Rather, it’s their relocation company.

You can certainly build relationships in your market area and establish direct  relationships (this takes time and a keen eye for quality) but in doing so you will find yourself becoming a “relocation and temporary housing specialist”.... essential ya one man relocation company.

From there, you can buy properties that are a good fit for this strategy and/or manage on behalf of others.

If that sounds like something your interested in, check out AvenueWest to see if a franchise territory is available in your area.

Cheers,
