I also work full-time in the Aviation Section of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.Although I am currently working as an agent servicing clients, my interest now is to use my license and experience to allow me to develop a passive income source. my short term goals are to develop my "toolbox" of skills for locating good deals, analyzing them to determine the best type of transaction for the situation, and obtaining the funding to execute the transactions.Long term, my goals would be to put those skills to use in slowly building a portfolio of properties that would allow me to have some options in designing a lifestyle that will allow me to accomplish the things I want in life, both professionally and personally.I'm only just starting to dig into the Bigger Pockets world with the podcasts, forums, and books, but I thought I'd take a few minutes to introduce myself first.

Little bit of my background, I've been in aviation industry most of my life and also owned a couple of small businesses.  

Navy Aviation Electrician working on mine countermeasures equipment, Industrial Electrician and Instrument Fitter(working in refineries, natural gas burning power plants, and a nuclear plant) and 6th Generation Cyberdrillship Electrician(working in places like Korea, Singapore, Angola, and currently off the coast of Egypt)are most of the jobs I have held in my lifetime so far.       

We've purchased foreclosures which we rented for a years and sold last summer before I deployed with the Air Force to Africa for a year.Currently I work in the aviation industry in Miami but really want to somehow make the transition into real estate investing full time and am looking for professionals to align with.

I have enjoyed the brother/sisterhood of Bigger Pockets and it has been a blessing in the building of my PM enterprise.We began and continue to build on a matching concept, and now have 4 revenue streams; Leasing, Management, Market Analysis, and soon to launch in 2019; Tenant Direct.I had brought 20 years of business aviation, finance and marketing to my business and through networking and building relationships have enjoyed careful growth and gained much wisdom along the way.

check this out not exactly tiny but made from containers.. this is my aviation partners start up.relevantbuildings.com/   he also owns land in Portland area were he can put 100 plus of these his vision is to basically set it up like a MHP.. and keep in mind this is developer has the wherewhithal to do this out of cash. not sure if he has gotten our bank on board for a loan yet.you will see an  8 plex he is putting up in St Helens Oregon. but park models on wheels to me are just that MHs with fancy exteriors.Carls vision also for these container homes is to penetrate the rural market.. 

I first met the owner @Sean OToole 24 months or so ago.. and we shared a passion for aviation. 

I am now retired from aviation my partner still has the bird and our hanger.. when I do want to fly I rent it from him and take a safety Pilot with me.. just someone to ride with really.
