Looking to get into Real Estate Investing Full time

Hi Everyone,

I arrived to South Florida in the fall of 2009 from Boston, MA. We've purchased foreclosures which we rented for a years and sold last summer before I deployed with the Air Force to Africa for a year.

Currently I work in the aviation industry in Miami but really want to somehow make the transition into real estate investing full time and am looking for professionals to align with. My background includes working as an Investment Adviser and an Equity Trading Rep for a division of JP Morgan.

I would like to consider opportunities in Saint Lucie, County or Tampa Florida seeing the South Florida is so competitive.
