There are a lot of things that won't show up in pictures and most sellers/agents won't take pics of the things that really need to be done. 

Everything is going smoothly but the one concern I have is a metal tank found during a scan. 

I subscribe to one agents email MLS notifications set for my parameters, then scan the local newspaper for foreclosures, visit the county courthouse weekly (pre COVID) for listings, monitor several auction sites and if I'm driving locally I call the # on many sale/rent yard signs to understand pricing.

We have our sales team uploading pics to our Slack software, where we have a channel for each property.

Then sort each pile by date and scan the receipts (because receipts fade over time).
