Internal Systems- How does your team share property pics?

Hey BP fam!

I'm looking for best practices in how your team shares pictures.

We have our sales team uploading pics to our Slack software, where we have a channel for each property. Then we upload the pics to google drive. However, lately, the pics are showing a strange file ext ( .HEIC) that is making usage and sharing difficult once downloaded.

I'd love your suggestions on hacks with pics and best practice/internal systems your team is using related to photo sharing! Happy Friday!

Tiffany
