Something like a 10 year term, with interest only payments rather than 25/30 year amortization since it seems you're prioritizing cash flow.

With that being said if I felt a client wasn't fully committed to buying a property right now, or didn't have a sense of urgency as you stated you're in no rush, I would have to prioritize my workload and unfortunately that would probably mean not working to put eyes on every property that client sent me. 

Billing is sent directly to the owner per their warranty agreement.So its not directly that we work with them, but more so collaborate with the owner to utilize the resources they have. 

So your condo isn’t exactly being prioritized in that scenario.

Anecdotally, most companies don’t have the infrastructure or the desire to allow people to continue working remotely indefinitely for a multitude of reasons (i.e. training new employees, collaborative team efforts on new initiatives, company culture, supervision, etc.).
