My brother and I are looking forward to networking with new and experienced MF investors in the Hampton Roads and other markets. After years of buying primarily residential rentals, we recently transitioned to our first MF properties (14 units) so we're looking forward to networking with others and potentially helping each other to reach our goals. We believe strongly in collaborating and partnering to achieve bigger results.... eventually be able to quit our 9 to 5. We joined the Tidwater REIA, which has a lot of great folks and relevant events.
