Hey PMs! Will your company work with Warranties? Which ones?

Currently, the only warranties we will work with are new build warranties and new appliance warranties. Even then, the wanrranty's vendors get 1 chance to get it right before we send out our team to right the wrong. We will absolutely not work with home warranties. 

How does your company handle warranties? If you work with warranties - what does billing and communication look like?
