@Bill RoughtSome might plead yes and that there are even calculations appraisers can use like out in Berkeley California, but here in Missouri if you talk to ANY appraiser, they will say no.

And when you go to sell, this will be a big issue if your buyers and their agent aren't dummies.I would go to the City and confess. plead ignorance and ask for a special inspection.

But if I recall correctly, the person was in fact found guilty of murder (technically attempted murder) and had to go to the state Supreme Court to get exonerated.One last real-life example: parents have a young child.

You use profits from real estate to fund a guilty portfolio and you never really dig into your 150k but just continue to leverage it to get deals done.
