They were created to benefit the homeowners, but only really the original few homeowners and their "vision" for the entire area as a whole.But when the HOA is down to one person, it is no longer a Home Owners Association, but really becomes a HOME OWNER DICTATORSHIP!!!

You don't see that discipline, fortitude and vision in very many folks.

I do not know about you, but that coverage ( for only two young girls) is not cheap ( compared to a family plan with the same a little of basic dental coverage and basic vision.

That is why I feel some education , step by step or perks for the newbies staying around long enuff to feel the vision of BP would be helpful.

At the risk of upsetting Mariah I have to comment on Jon's comment about "promoting to Facilities Manager"... the vision racing through my mind was the efficiency with which most poorly performing individuals in government are promoted to a position where they can't do any damage.Mariah, make the hard decision, get it over with, suffer any consequences and then continue building your business.

The real owner of the property is Vision Property Management he just went to there website and pulled the listing from there site in hope of assigning it to a new buyer!

However, they don't create a vision or plan, nor do they create systems or processes.

They lack vision.

Doing this would cure the boredom, too - since overseeing the long term vision - and its net effect - would be very interesting.
