Get some good organic content posting going--maybe if you have a website, you could post articles from your blog, or if you do flips, people love learning about the process and the before/after pics and videos.

I assume you are agent.....your broker or state realtor organization has these.

However, I have run into a problem that has me hung up and I am looking for other viewpoints to help me organize myself.

Aside from the bulk discount pricing on material, savings on labor with dedicated professional, multi disciplined crews and the general passive nature of building safe investments and organic wealth is our rational and I am sure the rational of any established turn key provider.  

South Atlanta REIA and GAREIA are great networking groups along with the meetup in Dunwoody area that organizes through BP.

Or do you like the hunt for a deal, networking with people, and organizing the business? 

If I sell a product or multiple products to a 5013c non profit organization and they aggressively ask for my Social Security number for “tax purposes” is this normal?
