Buyer Broker representation agreement for an individual property

Hi ,

I am in need of a Buyer Broker representation agreement for an individual property (case by case ), since the exclusive listing broker cant share and co broker i have to get paid by the buyer, and want to have this on a documented before presenting the property, were can i find this on line ?
