My initial thoughts were towards optimizing cash-flow but it seems that in LA-OC area, flipping might be a better deal!

@Blair Russell I agree with you about booking as much as possible don't get me wrong, but I'm a believer in optimizing pricing and think it's okay to strategize on the near-term basis without overcomplicating it. 

My question is this...HAS ANYONE READING THIS ACTUALLY DONE A DEAL WHERE THEY CAN VERIFY THE LEAD CAME IN TO THEIR LANDING PAGE DUE TO SEO OPTIMIZATION VS ADWORDS AND PPC?  

TK solves a set of problems for some people and provides a convenient way to invest, but it's sub-optimal if you are going to be somewhat engaged with your investments, in my opinion.

Thanks to everyone for the responses.I agree that not showing the house was not optimal but in the situation I didn't have a choice.  

This is especially true if you're optimizing for cash flow not appreciation.
