They are uncooperative, unappreciative people trashing the place, and we want them out lol (their portion is only $75 so they do pay that and nothing else) but they knocked out doors, broke walls, got unauthorized pets in there -twice, etc, and now their negligence to tell us about the toilet leak they *knew* about for 2 months had us pay extra $1,600 just for the water bill..... does anyone have an experience of evicting tenants based on "damages", or unpaid charges for damages?
