Roofing problems immediately after closing

So just bought my house (6months) and already having problems with the roof. So about a week after moving into my house, we had some weekend rain and my roof was leaking. Tried to get in touch with my realtor but didn’t get a hold of her till a few days later and she informed me I didn’t need to worry about it because the leasing company that sold me the house would fix it. The leasing company did send out someone from the construction company but nothing was done. Since then I’ve been trying to get of the leasing office and nothing (the agent is always in a meeting or not available). Finally fed up, decided to file a complaint against both to the real estate commission and miraculously someone got back to me that same day. I’ve had four roofing/contractors come look at my roof and they all say the same thing; whoever did the roof didn’t know what they were doing. The last guy suggested I get a lawyer cause there’s gross negligence on everyone part including the inspector who didn’t notice (nothing about the roof is in my inspection report). What should I do?! I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and highly screwed
