Hey @Alexandra Hughes PailetThe neighborhood in Winston that is the most up and coming is West Salem (27101 just south of downtown)A lot of new development activity in the form of restaurants, a new brewery, a food hall (allegedly anyway) plus some legacy mainstays like Old Salem, Carolina University and UNC School of the Arts, and the baseball stadium. 

I can see how Tarpy might be less desirable than, say, North Fresno/North Clovis, but compared to the other property in Calwa, it is leagues ahead in desirability.  

Fargo was not on my radar at all until this summer when our town hosted the all-star championships and we were asked to house some 15 year old baseball players.  

Guess you kcan see I like both real estate and baseball. 

The complexity makes '08' look like little leagues in comparison.

I like Sedona as a seasonal offset but it's a bit out of my league at the moment . . .
