Hey Nick, congrats on the triplex and welcome to the Savannah, GA area, my hometown. Unfortunately I’m stationed elsewhere but it’s still my focus for investing. It’s an amazing city with tons of opportunity, and I’m jealous you get a duty station like that, haha.

If you’re serious about taking the next step I would recommend reaching out to Pat Wilver in Savannah. He’s a prior military guy who knows a lot about investing and also is an owner of a brokerage in town, so can help you out with your purchasing needs.
