It sounds like a scam (like those buying clubs for homeowners), but they are waiving membership fees at the moment (to get more investors to signup presumably) and I was wondering if anyone had heard of this and had anything to say (good or bad)?

Not only due to legal changes but also the scam is getting to be known by the public.

Part of me wants to just see what this is all about, and then the other part doesn't want to get caught up in a scam, which it feels like.

I think the scam would fall apart in the interview.

It sounded a little like a scam to me, but majority of the people that were at the meeting signed up.

That will fool only a few people, looks like a scam, and maybe was a scam.

If we happen to see a for rent sign in the yard and we didn't get a commission because an investor scammed HUD you bet we will turn them in.

They are offering very good terms for rehab loan but haven't heard of this company and not sure if its a scam.

This screams scam to me, but of course enticing.
