Chinese private investors from connectedinvestors

Hey all, I recently submitted a request for hard money/ private money investors on http://www.connectedinvestors.com. I got a message from someone in China ( Mr Johnny Johnson) that said this: "I have got a few direct Chinese private investors. if you are looking to get a 100% loan to start your a business or profitable they are willing to loan you funds for your market flips and both side make a profit. if interested let me know and i can connect you to them. Drop me an text message if interested as i have to get back to my normal factory job. Thanks, Mr Johnny Johnson" Does anybody know the vetting done by the site, if any? This screams scam to me, but of course enticing.

Ask them if they require ANY upfront fee? If they do, run away!
