I think the C and D neighborhoods exemplify these ideal demos.

IE painting, flooring, tile, kitchem & demo.

Looking for ways to get the right person on the phone from a franchise.The question is when dealing with these franchises, do they typically like to take a property and Ti the building, or is it more attractable to have the building cleared where they can build it however they like...To Demo or Not to Demo? 

Does it include demo.

We discuss the things that need to be done, what we can do, the money it saves for us to say demo, paint, vinyl plank flooring vs. contracting it out. 

I am buying one for $59k today but it has 26k in rehab and might require me to roll up sleeves and do the demo myself.Why did you decide you wanted to invest in real estate?
