Help! I cant seem to find my way.
I have an amazing deal, thought I had an investor... but timing is bad. The property is a 3 House deal. 2 of the 3 will need complete gut, floors and all. All 3 need central heat and air installed. based on the comps in my area the 3 homes could sell for $176,000. the cost for the hvac and homes would be $60,000. that's 3 houses and 3 central heat and air units, $119,000 is still left. the cost of supplies was handled by my would have been investor so I am ignorant on that information. The 3 houses had a metal roof put on 5 years ago. Please any advice is welcomed. I really want this deal just need a push in the right direction.
