Several years went by and a town inspection found by a drive by inspector noticed the unauthorized alteration, ticketed and fined him for the infraction.

I noticed that 32209 and 32206 had potential as far as price and rent ratio, but I don't know if those zip codes where there is a lot of inventory are in Class C or D neighborhoods.  

It's common to find a tenant who is a college student or maybe retired and looking for additional income.

Upon noticing this, I rightfully initiated a chargeback for these unjustified expenses.The situation worsened when I reached out to LaunchControl for resolution.

@Brandon GaleThis might be a really bad tip, but one thing thats really helped with my frustrations is using ChatGPT to write responses to those particular type of guests 😂 I’ve noticed doing that is much less emotionally draining than thinking out a diplomatic, compassionate response to an unreasonable person. 

Usually this means that the tenants have to provide access (within reasonable common notice), have to cooperate in access to make repairs (if they don't they would be liable for any additional damage caused by delay in repair), and subject to paying for a locksmith because you had to change the locks because they wouldn't give keys or provide access. 

I have noticed some as-is transactions recently in the area as well.

Also, consider living BELOW your means as you clearly overspent on your primary residence which is a common scenario unfortunately. 

Zillow is very common but beware that a lot of these sights don't give you vital information and only give you a "Renter Score", not an exact credit score or other vital info.

Insurance is getting more and more expensive with renewals doubling or even tripling in some cases.Insurance companies will issue notices to quit if they see stains on your roof from google earth.
