I feel comfortable with straight forward purchases of 1-4 units, knowing that I'm using professional management, agents and reliable mentors to bounce questions off of.  

They have been in the property for three months and twice their checks bounced.

I tend to be a great problem-solver, so you can always bounce questions off of me.  

No keys until rent and deposit paid in full and utilities verified in their name.I prefer cash on move in, only because cash can't bounce. do not know legality but if they have not fulfilled contract and they do not have keys I would think they could not touch you.
