Need an HONEST and RELIABLE contractor/handyman to do a medium-size rehab (flooring, painting, etc). Needs to be quite reasonable in price (due to cash flow).

I have had a decent amount of experience with quite a few contractors in KC and just had to fire one, so I can definitely give you some guidance! Good luck with your project!

Followed advice from two BP members and hired Kalem Williamson as a contractor - HUGE mistake, The guy took the money and split. Would not respond to any calls/emails. He is also a BP member... Be aware and avoid at all cost !

Here are the names of those you should NOT use as contractors as all of them are crooks - they take your deposit money (materials, 1st phase labor) and simply disappear.

Glad this post started. Am new to BP, live north of the river in KC and finding a good contractor has been toughest part to date. Much appreciate the insights and contacts.
