First round of permits have been granted so gutting has begun!

I have begun seeking out information on this topic and am still in a place where I am very unaware of this type of transaction.

In life I’ve always liked to take the approach of learning from the mistakes of others if possible.I’m a beginner in real estate and haven’t done a deal yet but I’m learning the ropes and I’ve already begun to analyze what things may prove to be challenging based of my personality and skill set.In your own experience what has been the most challenging thing you’ve faced as a real estate investor?

Over the past couple of weeks we have completed gutter installation, framing, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, begun HVAC install, and hung insulation in our gutted spaces/crawlspace.

Hello everyone, I have recently begun driving for dollars and have been trying to read up on as many BP posts as I could find.

I have just begun my real estate investment journey to financial freedom, only being introduced to this world about a month ago.I know I still have so much to learn, before I even set out to find my first deal, so that I can do everything I can to set myself up for success.I realize that my question may be a bit premature to ask for me, but something I've heard a lot on the BP podcasts and in the books I've been reading is the desire to get into real estate because you hate your job. 

Once you have brought the old unit to rentable condition, and begun advertising, you would tally up your receipts (you must do this anyway to send an accounting of the security deposit refund) and when the receipts are more than the security deposit, you sue the old tenant (if its worth it).

We are still in the beginning stages, however, we have already created the website and partnered with an affiliate to provide legal forms for our customers.I am wondering if others on here have done the same thing and how you have begun to market your website.

Talk to contractors, lenders, agents, and everyone else that has any part in  real estate in one shape or form. 22 is so young and the journey for you has just begun.
