Hey BP!

I am currently working with a mentor to create a For Sale by Owner website where we charge a flat rate for listings. We are still in the beginning stages, however, we have already created the website and partnered with an affiliate to provide legal forms for our customers.

I am wondering if others on here have done the same thing and how you have begun to market your website. We have explored SEO and Facebook in terms of marketing already.

I would appreciate any tips you have to offer in our endeavor. Thanks.
