Prior to this I’ve lived here around 6 years and always paid my rent on time faithfully and plan on setting up auto-pay to avoid any discrepancies in the future but I honestly can’t afford to just give away an extra $370 if I don’t owe it.Any insight into the discrepancy would be greatly appreciated.

So you may win that type of property, and then get foreclosed on yourself by the first lien holder when the prior owner stops paying that mortgage.

I could make money 20 times faster when I do direct investment rather than syndication.These days actual syndication only gives 9-13% IRR max with potential of being wiped out completely 1:4 prior to covid and it's now 2:6/7 approximately after covid.not worth it in my opinion but that's my analysis but i do have lot of edge in what i do directly.
