I know a lot of other Millennials that feel the same.

It seems like every millennial owns at least one pet!

Also can people name drop a few multifamily operators that cater to millennials / young professionals and are doing some MAJOR rehab on apartment buildings.

Seems like millennials just don't want to own houses.  

The other issue is most of my tenants are millennial types and I can see them inviting all of their friends over to do laundry if it was a flat price. 

You could argue consumer confidence can be affected short term, but much of the country could care less who gets elected.The millennial generation is buying houses and as more of them start families, they will be upgrading houses.

But what do I know I'm just a millennial.

These days, I hear there are apps that can transfer money quite easily (Venmo etc) although apparently I'm on the old end of the Millennial spectrum and thus no longer understand technology.I'm glad that you did the research to make sure this was legit.
