I am wanting to focus on single family homes mostly but that doesn't mean that I won't branch out into multi-family complexes or small commercial venues.

The general meeting of CFRI is in Orlando on 2nd Tuesday of each month, but April has a special date because of a venue conflict.

My husband and I have Irish citizenship and are thinking of buying a period property in Ireland with some acreage and running it as a wedding venue.

(I'll be looking into the securities laws for non-accredited investors.)Unlike a "timeshare" that houses only a few guests at a time, the Event Venue and Cabins/Villas will be housing "in groups", from small groups of 7-10 to larger groups of 50-100s.Also, the Event element is separate business from the Real Estate element.

My main concern for that area would be what impact COVID has had on the entertainment venues since they're really anchoring the revitalization attempt.

I'm in the San Antonio, TX area, I am continuing my REI education through BP, and some other venues.
