I'm in the San Antonio, TX area, I am continuing my REI education through BP, and some other venues.

Several things keep going through my mind as I want to make passive monthly income through Multifamily units.

1. Can you please list your PERSONAL EXPERIENCES good vs. bad

2. Would you do it again?

3. Do you personally manage or use a Property Management Co?

Thank you for you time and consideration!

God Bless!

I have to agree with Mike, those podcast will answer all of those questions and so much more.  If you have a drive commute, they are a great way to kill time and get educated.
