I am a licensed attorney that mainly handles Labor, Employment and Criminal matters in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

I bought a loft in Dallas when I lived there 10 years ago and figured the rental would work out because my mortgage payment (including property tax) would be roughly break even with rent. 

Flash forward 5 months later and I currently have a 56 unit property in Dallas under contract which I am currently inspecting. 

Hi.  I have a couple of properties that need minor work with fresh paint and carpet.  Anyone have recommendations on reliable carpet and paint contractors?  A general handyman would be great too.  Thanks!
