@Josh Rich bank transaction record simply shows withdrawal or deposit, in addition to that you need to use your own accounting system (example: Quicken, Quick Books, or here is a free, good, web-based software www.mint.com) to track the details, what was particular expense/deposit for.

You need to create the LLC in the state with the properties.Creating the LLC is trivial and you might as well do this yourself on the state's secretary of state web site.
