By doing things the right way, great staging, great marketing, and really good photos, we have been able to maintain all 5 star reviews, which put us at the top of the list of available properties, and we stayed booked pretty much all winter.

I have 7-10 on staff on various projects...split between India, US, Russia, China...and we have another company using a financial analyst in India building financial models for a new business...and a tourism specialist in Italy doing research...architectural design assistant in Serbia...voice over actress in California...We use UpWork...used to be ODesk.

Once you get that first year under your belt and a few 5 star reviews, things should pickup.That is how it has been for us.

I checked out some reviews on Yelp for my area and I'm seeing 2 star reviews for the PMs that actually do have a review, yikes! 

It is a two bed-room and I am currently getting income from a roomate.My ideal timing of the "stars aligning" would like for me to be in a point where I would be able to purchase the house just in time when i have paid off my own.That way I would only have to focus on one mortgage in the mean timeThanks so much!!

IE get on a top producers team for a few years.. make money as they hand you leads.. let their star power get you in the door.

If you are not going to manage the property yourself, an all star property manager is necessary to knock your business plan out of the park.

If it is pretty far back in the woods, the numbers will be lower naturally so the overall build can be more modest.For example, there is a place with a peekaboo water view with a max of $258 per night. 4 bed, 3.5 bath, all 5 stars and it is pretty modest with laminate countertops and such.
