Property Mgmt Recommendations in Poughkeepsie, NY

Hello!  I think this may be my first post but I am starting to research the best property management companies in my area as I will be putting a townhouse up for rent in the future.  I checked out some reviews on Yelp for my area and I'm seeing 2 star reviews for the PMs that actually do have a review, yikes!  So I'm casting a wider net to see if anyone has actually worked with any of the PMs in Poughkeepsie that they would recommend and why.
