Considering how crazy and unpredictable the stock market has been the last couple of weeks with the recent correction and subsequent roller coaster ride we are happy to be able to provide a more stable vehicle for our investors to grow their money while also continuing to add to our portfolio and grow ourselves as investors.

As long as you are planning on occupying for the required time then flipping it to an investment, I think that’s a great strategy.Definitely would not recommend or approve of ethically purchasing a property using one of those loan vehicles for an investment.

Auctions are just another marketing vehicle and are designed to attract higher than average returns to the seller with minimum reserves and buyer fees. 

Hi, My friend/business partner are going into business together and wondering what the best vehicle to use to form the business.

Apparently, they were trying to lease a vehicle & the collections hit their credit report.

A land contract is a quite unique vehicle, so I am not sure if the lender is technically even looking at it as a re-fi or as a purchase loan.

That would be akin to selling your stocks in 2012 after losing your butt for 5 years; which was 5 years shy of the FULL rebound of the stock market to a point about 2x the 2007 highs.Investing in the stock market is not wisely used a short-term investment vehicle and I believe you would be doing yourself a disservice to look up and see the sky falling (due to a very clear cause -- a virus) and dump your depressed stocks so that you could put that money into a (potentially) inflated commodity like investment real estate.   

Can you tow non tenant vehicles after a certain hour?

Or is there another vehicle that I'm not thinking off.
