I think it is definitely important to note that Bakersfield is mainly based on Oil and Agriculture which have been down the past few years, however, we are seeing an incline in both, due to the rains and oil prices (we are also seeing a growing population and increased demand for transportation and logistics jobs).

Of course do this only if family does not step in and you have contacted them yourself.Explain to all the nusicance calls to 911 for emergency assistance and you could inform police if this type of incident repeats itself maybe then should send out an ambulance for transport for mental health evaluation..could be person if off meds, but this behavior is not normal, average, and is beyond you call as to discipline. unless he starts yelling, or causing disturbance which you should make notes of..

If you live in Rutherford and are concerned with taxes I would look at Carlstadt. 2 families come on the market from time to time and taxes are extremely low with good transportation to the city.Let me know if you want to chat more.

I just used trulia to find the house, Bronx is the next Brooklyn or Queens man...last borough with mass transportation that's still somewhat affordable....my wife is pregnant, i can't ask her to live in a basement lol...she'll kill me...plus we need an additional bedroom for her mom when she comes over to take care the new born....

Good school districts, near boundaries of water, parks, other expensive neighborhoods, good job growth, universities , local cities developing the areas transportation and roads, huge commercial high end stores moving to the area, and he other things that tend to show signs of an area appreciating.
