Since a DSCR loan is tailored for investors- this is classified technically as a "business purpose loan" or a "commercial loan" even if the property isn't commercial 5+ doors. 

Then you can really target people in unique ways with some really hand-tailored messages.

If you're expecting to be handheld directly by Pace through every step and have a tailor made program specifically for your needs without having to put in any mental labor yourself - this isn't it.

I am doing research now so that I can start my own property management company tailored to the needs of private investors instead of large corporations. 

A lot of things here that need some tailoring.

We have a rental there as well and had no issues getting it rented out, however you have to know that the area is a summer getaway and most of the industry is tailored around tourism and healthcare for retirees who live up there full time.  

This should be tailored to you and your goals.So what are your goals? 

Like any marketing/advertising campaign, it should be tailored to the goals of your company--not just the raise.

I am suggesting that it would be better to tailor your process to your present situation.

And if it doesn't, I return the respect by giving them the reason why it isn't a fit for me (which causes them to better understand what I want, thus tailoring what's sent in the future).
