Hi Everyone,

I have been a property manager for large buildings (100+ units) for the past 7 years and I am a licensed real estate agent. I recently quit my property management job, and I am realizing there is a huge need for property managers of single family homes and small multifamily units. I am doing research now so that I can start my own property management company tailored to the needs of private investors instead of large corporations.

To all the investors out there with rentals, what are your greatest property management needs? What tasks do you want a property manager to take off your plate to free up your time? How much are you willing to pay someone to manage your rentals for you?
